The Master Plumbing Technician – Residential Certificate Program is a comprehensive training path designed to equip students with the skills, knowledge, and professionalism needed to excel in the residential plumbing trade. This program blends classroom learning with extensive hands-on training, ensuring graduates can perform high-quality work, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to the profitability and reputation of their future employers. Students will develop expertise in essential areas such as tool usage, safety compliance, plumbing codes, advanced troubleshooting, and modern installation techniques. The curriculum also integrates practical sales training and customer relations strategies, enabling graduates to present solutions ethically and effectively. Upon completion, students will be fully prepared for a range of residential service and repair situations, from routine maintenance to complex system upgrades, and will receive individual course certificates as well as a program completion certificate issued in partnership with Gateway Community College.
